Sound familiar?
Every baby wakes up at night. Even the "good sleepers." Some fall back asleep on their own. Some need you every single time. This guide is about teaching that one skill, gently and on a plan, so the whole house can rest.
A plan you can actually stick with.
What's inside
Plus a bonus kit of 8 printable sheets: the whole guide on one page, sleep by age, FAQ, the newborn weeks, a red-yellow-green "when to get help" sheet for the fridge, a safe crib checklist, naps and travel, and a 7-night sleep log.

The methods
All five are laid out with what you do, how long it often takes, and how much you're in the room. They're for babies 6 months and up. Younger than that, the foundations are your plan.
Timed check-ins is the method I went with from the start, and the whole 7-night plan is built on it: three days to get ready, the check-in schedule, what to say, and what nights 1 to 7 often look like.
Hi mama
I know what it's like to juggle different stages, from a newborn to grown kids. With my first, a sleep routine was tough, especially with my work schedule. With Zion, now 10 months old, it's been the easiest so far.
I believe every mom deserves a good night's sleep. Sleep training isn't always easy, but it is possible to find a routine that works for you and your baby.

Built on the sources
Safe sleep follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (2022) and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. Sleep ranges come from the AASM and the National Sleep Foundation. The methods section cites Mindell et al. (2006), Price et al. (2012) and Gradisar et al. (2016). The guide is educational, not medical advice, and it tells you when to call your pediatrician.
Questions

No. The guide explains all five methods, including gentle ones with no planned crying. The plan I use is timed check-ins, where you go back in at set times. I don't recommend full extinction.
No. Sleep training and night weaning aren't the same project. Your pediatrician tells you which feeds your baby still needs, and you plan those in.
